About Elizabeth

I am a Nutritionist, Herbalist and Naturopath in continuous clinical practice for thirty years.

My focus is on the traditional naturopathic principles of treating the whole person, taking a wide view of all contributing factors, while keeping up-to-date with current research. My aim is to help clients to understand and manage their own health and wellbeing.

I give dietary and lifestyle advice and, where necessary, will prescribe herbal medicine and supplementation for acute or chronic problems.
